Temporary Staff of Loan and Guarantee - 6 Months Labor contract

• Deliver a high quality of service to customers to enhance function's reputation and meet customer's expectations.
• Work in partnership with Relationship Managers and Product Offices to collect information and clarify transaction requests specifically for loan, securitisation and bank guarantees.
• Work in partnership with various departments including but not limited to Operations to seek advice and support in relation to the transaction.
• Review all documentation prior to processing to ensure accuracy.
• Process all daily transactions including but not limited to Loans, Securitisation, Bank Guarantees and Account Receivable in accordance to MUFG policies and guidelines as well as local regulations.
• Store documentation in accordance to MUFG policies and guidelines as well as local regulations.
• Complete checklists in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and limits.
• Develop recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation.
• Support in managing the risk profile for the department.
• Prepare regular reports including but not limited to financial report, exceptional handling reports, incident and overdue reports.
• Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.
• Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines.

- Strong PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and presentation skills to support line of reasoning.
- Sound knowledge of banking regulatory environment and regulations.
- Good understanding in operations, including but not limited to loans, securitisation and bank’s guarantees.
