Mô tả công việc
Local Purchase
- To assist Purchasing Manager/Facility Manager/ Business Director on local orders and suitable suppliers
- To liaise with the Business Director to ensure accurate records of local purchases
- To liaise with the Accounts Department to ensure accurate purchasing records are kept
- Booking of all other domestic and international airlines tickets and travel arrangement for expats and local staff
Overseas Purchase
- To work with the Heads/Principal to compile the annual overseas teaching resources and equipment orders
- To work with the Heads/Principal and the Librarian to compile the annual book order and magazine subscriptions
- To be responsible for placing of all overseas orders
- To liaise between the relevant consolidation companies, Assistant Heads/Principal and teachers over items which may be unfound, out of stock or discontinued
- Where necessary seek alternative suppliers for resources, equipment and books
- To liaise with the overseas consolidators and suppliers over shipping and delivery dates
- To be responsible for the checking and dissemination of overseas orders
Online Purchase
- To be responsible for placing approved online orders/subscriptions and room for teacher who attending the conference.
General
- Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data, pricing and contracts in the system.
- Negotiates with suppliers to get better prices and deals; sources new vendors for better quality as well as better prices
- Report of orders to Assistant Heads/Principal
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Liaises with accounts payable to ensure that vendors are paid on schedule
- Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
- Performs other duties given by Purchasing Manager/Business Manager/ Principal
