• To assist administrative works in procurement team like: submit documents, collect information to prepare weekly reports, do filing documents.
• To collect information and create supplier code if requested.
• To involve in procurement process including commercial evaluation, vendor evaluation and report if requested.
• To conduct Purchase Request, Purchase Order process if requested.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
• Other duties and tasks are assigned according to the production and business demand of the Company.

Qualifications & Experience
- Accounting/ Banking/ Audit/ Finance/ Business Administration Background
- Knowledge and Skills on Accounting basic
- Ability to use excel spreadsheet
