Overall purpose
- Track and post transactions and periodical payment
- Control and manage VAT invoices and related documents
- Assist in controlling and reporting Finance- Accounting
Key responsibilities and duties
• Post transactions, track and control debt: track, compare and pay debts (if any). Track and post transactions, update all payments from customers/dealers
• Manage accounting data: input transactions of accounts to journals and ledgers. Track, compare and report account periodically.
• Periodically sign, approve and prepare: VAT, finalization, financial reports, data, contractor taxes and balance sheets
• Control employees’ advance
• Collect, arrange and keep all accounting documents in accordance with company policies
• Other tasks/ reports are assigned by a direct manager
• Other tasks assigned by Manager

Required working experience
- Approximated 1- 2 years of experiences in related position
Required qualifications
- At least college degree in Accounting/ finance
Required languages
- English proficiency
Required knowledge and skills
• Self – motivated, dedicated and integrity
• Accurate, detail – oriented and aptitude for numbers
• Analytical skills
• Organized and structured
Salary: Negotiable
** Working Location: 15 Floor, Nam A Tower. 201-203 Cach Mang Thang Tam, Ward 4, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.
