Mô tả công việc
- Work in partnership with HR colleagues across the region to support the implementation of Regional Projects at a branch level
- Work in partnership with various departments to influence the adoption of global and regional HR policies and processes in the Branch
- Support the delivery of key HR processes including but not limited to compensation review, HR Committee, engagement survey
- Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations
- Support in developing and implementation of complex change initiatives including but not limited to restructures and company cultural initiatives
- Execute monthly payroll and PIT for local staff and expatriate to ensure accuracy and payments are processed within a timely manner
- Reports submission to Management, HO, internal departments and/or external bodies
- Support for providing personnel expense forecast and control of the personnel expense budget for the Branch
- Be in charge of work permit and exemption of work permit for expatriates
- Other assistance and services that may be required by Department Head and Management

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- University Degree with relevant subjects
- At least 7 years of working experience in human resources management at FDI enterprises
- Knowledge and experience in labor law and related regulations
- Good English abilities
- Excellent computer skills
- Interpersonal relationship building, communication skills and team working spirit
