Temporary General Accountant ( 6 month Contract)

• Manage Account Receivable control
• Issue an VAT invoice after purschasing order
• Manage daily account receivables and aging of receivables.
• Cooperate with sales and other department for payments report
• Prepare weekly simulation report and monthly financial statement.
• Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts and document business transactions
• Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and review budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
• Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits, coordinate the annual audit activities.
• Monitor, act upon and report cash flow / banking activities.
• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle counts.
• Arrange manpower, truck to delivery units to storage, Arrange and to customers

• Over 3 years experience in general accounting, tax, payment accounting with foreign partners in manufacturing, trading, or service companies.
• Good in English in all 4 skills.
• Proficient office computer skills (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
• Good communication & negotiation skills, personality: patient, cautious, detailed person
