ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT/TEAM
In Vietnam, the British Council is active in English & Exams with 5 teaching centres, and manages programmes in Education, Society, and English for Education Systems, Arts, and the UK-Vietnam Seasons project. The country currently has about 200 full-time staff members of whom about two-thirds currently work in English & Exams. British Council Vietnam delivers a large number of exams with a team that consists of 23 people, supported by 80 examiners and 180 invigilators. We offer IELTS, Aptis, Professional and Educational exams across the country and work in a fiercely competitive market. By 2020, within East Asia exams we are looking to double our impact, both in terms of exams delivered and income. Vietnam will play a key part in helping East Asia meet its targets working closely with English and Education teams.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AND WHY
You will act as the British Council’s ambassador and provide top quality services to all new and existing customers meeting all KPIs and delivering on the Sales & Customer Management targets, in order to enable the British Council to meet its strategic business targets and objectives.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As a successful candidate, you will bring along at least two years working experience in a customer service/sales environment, preferably in the services industry. You must have excellent communication skills with fluent English and Vietnamese both in written and verbally.

- 37.5 contracted working hours per week (we believe in an output-based delivery!)
- Enjoy 21 days of Annual leave, pro-rated based on contract duration
