You will manage reporting for a portfolio of entities and oversee financial operations, mainly on Account receivable and General ledger. The key responsibilities include ensuring timely month-end closing, inter-company reconciliation, preparation of monthly management reporting, monthly bank reconciliation and audit schedules as well as managing the daily financial operations. You will also ensure timely preparation of full set of financial statements for audit of the portfolio of entities under your purview, overseeing the audit process, and ensure timely submission to the relevant statutory bodies; handling of corporate income tax including preparation of tax computation or working closely with the tax consultant on tax computation, and attending to tax queries from the tax consultant or tax authority; budgeting & forecasting for the portfolio of entities under your purview. Other responsibilities include internal control and compliance roles in respect of delegation of authority and other internal policies and SOPs. You may also be the one of the key drivers for implementation of Group policies, processes and system.

(a) Qualifications / Knowledge: Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent with at least 3 years’ experience.
(b) Technical Skills: Have hands-on Operational finance experience, good knowledge of local accounting standards and IFRS, as well as be well-versed in MS Excel.
(c) Personal Attributes: High level of initiative, hands-on, responsible, independent, committed and experience in managing people
(d) Years of Experience: 3-4 yrs in relevant
(e) Physical Requirement: Normal
(f) Working Hours: Normal (Office hrs) Rotating Shift
