Teller / Oversea Remittance Staff

1. Precise data entry operation in system
2. Handle operations of customer services department including cash deposit, withdrawal, fixed deposit, domestic and overseas remittance, clean bills for collections such as cheque, demand draft
3. Assist back office staff to advise customers procedure for opening account
4. Make related reports to Head Office, Management and local Authorities
5. Customer satisfaction
6. Develop operational knowledge and skills
7. Other duties assigned by the Management

1.At least 4 - 5 years experience about: Customer services department including cash deposit, withdrawal, fixed deposit, domestic and overseas remittance, clean bills for collections such as cheque, demand draft.
2. Prefer candidates know Mandarin, English.
3. Female & Male (Refer male)
