Mô tả công việc
* The Role:
As Telesales Team Lead you will directly oversee telesales personnel to ensure positive morale and effective daily operations. You will serve Trusting Social national customers through the development and implementation of best methods and procedures. You will also be asked to make suggestions for system and process improvement using your knowledge of daily and ground operations.
* Responsibilities:
• Conduct staff performance reviews, assess needs, cost/benefit analysis and other operational strategy assessments.
• Establish a high standard for productivity, quality, sales oriented activities as well as define user guidelines.
• Create and maintain a positive sales culture, focused on delivering results by providing ongoing coaching and development of telesales.
• Manage and improve center performance through performance monitoring, problem resolution, system audits and quality assurance measures.
• Summarize, collect and analyze call center trends and data for regular performance reports, analyse performance metrics data and leverage it to effectively coach and develop the telesales
• Consistently ensure that process is conducted with integrity at all times and that behaviour aligns with Trusting Social values.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
* Requirements:
• 6 years of leadership experience in call centre or similar field with sales function preferably from multinational company.
• Sales experience in banking and insurance preferred.
• Motivated self-starter.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Showing good confidence level in leadership and people management.
• Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university.
