Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales to contribute in generating sales (focus on headhunt service) for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
An effective telesales must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

Responsibilities
● Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a service using scripts
● Answer questions about services of the company
● Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
● Enter and update customer information in the database
● Take and process orders in an accurate manner
● Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
● Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
● Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Yêu cầu ứng viên

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
● Good track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and Sales
Quotas / Targets preferred.
● Motivated and ambitious self-starter with a customer-focus mindset & star-up
mindset is a must have
● Excellent positive attitude and have teamwork spirit.
● Business to Business Sales or related field with 3 - 5 years experiences.
● Excellent in presentation, sales, influencing, negotiation & Account Management
skill.
● Must demonstrate ability to close deals and maintain sales pipeline
● Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
● Must be fluent in Vietnamese and have good command in English
● IT network in Ho Chi Minh City is a plus
