Mô tả công việc
Research potential B2B clients through various approaches (networking, internet research, social media, trade shows or craft fairs, and joining community networking events).
Qualify leads with cold/warm calls and emails, messages, etc to consolidate their information and introduce ELSA products.
Developing an understanding of a prospect’s needs and then providing relevant solutions, ideas, and information and build long-lasting relationships
Connect potential clients with Business Development, then follow up with them in order to qualify your leads and conversion rate.
Research market information to develop ELSA competitive advantages.
Report weekly/monthly/quarterly results.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, networking skills.
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls), deliver engaging presentations.
Experience in researching potential clients and converting them into loyal customers.
Strong in building personal branding on social media (such as Linkedin, Facebook, Group,…) and to identify potential targets and initiate introductions is a plus.
Good at phone outreach to have a more in-depth interaction with a prospect.
