1- Job Summary
The main objective of a telemarketer is to promote the growth of the business by expanding the company’s customer network.
2- Responsibilities
• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote products, services.
• Explain the product or service to potential customers
• Handle customer questions
• Obtain customer information
• Record customer details including reaction to the product or service offered by CRM software
• Search contact details of potential customers from sources
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
• Processing customer detail data
• Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
