POSITION TITLE: Telemarketing Assistant Manager
FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):
· Manage outbound cold calling and consulting for inbound leads
· Manage telemarketing department budget and meet revenue targets
· Oversee HR, hiring, training and culture development
· Ensure close coordination with sales and marketing divisions
· Strong sales and customer service training
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & CRITICAL DRIVERS:
40% Management of outbound inbound lead generation
Key responsibility: Meet guest traffic and revenue targets
1. Oversee the consultation strategy, scripts and campaigns for inbound leads generated via direct response marketing and convert into appointments for the sales team.
2. Proactively work with marketing teams and sales team to create campaigns, ensure alignment on strategies. Develop and propose new strategies.
3. Ensure minimum KPIs are met for the telemarketing division
4. Work closely with sales team to ensure revenue conversion is met from appointments generated
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
· Meet daily and monthly appointment quantity for department and per telemarketing
staff
· Meet conversion KPI’s for inbound leads into appointments
· 100% alignment with sales and marketing on strategies
· Appointments and revenue KPIs met and productivity per staff member
40%: Drive Telemarketing Strategy, Training, Performance and Growth
1. Implement consistent telemarketing training and development
2. Develop strong sales and consulting programs
3. Increase telemarketing revenue incrementally
4. Implement quality control systems for telemarketing
5. Implement standard operating procedures and value chains both internally and externally within the division
6. Work with partners to source new sources of leads for out bound calling
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
· At least one weekly training session along with daily monitoring (measured weekly)
· Weekly reporting on quality control of telemarketing consulting
20% Oversee recruitment, headcount and budget of telemarketing division
1. Manage telemarketing headcount for team
2. Manage telemarketing budget and revenue for team
Key Performance Indicator (KPI):
· Ensure telemarketing headcount requirements are met on budget for team
· Manage cost control for department
· Hold at least one training session per week on technical skills for members of the team (monitored weekly)

Yêu cầu ứng viên
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 5 years experience working in inbound or outbound telemarketing
· Strong sales and customer service experience
· Background in marketing a plus
· Ability to work with sales and marketing CRMs
· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a big plus
· Background in banking or insurance is a big plus
· Strong management and leadership. Ability to manage teams of 100 people
· Experience in developing systems and standard operating procedures
· 5 years experience working in inbound or outbound telemarketing
· Strong sales and customer service experience
· Background in marketing a plus
