Mô tả công việc

The Tele - Sales Executive is a pivotal commercial inside sales role that has overall responsibility for supporting the commercial team’s selling efforts. The LGSSE will often also have direct customer responsibility for a selected group of customers (“House Accounts”).

The primary purpose of the role is to support CO commercial team members in their pursuit of targets, by executing critical activities to support the CO client facing team for which the LGSSE is directly responsible including, but not limited to qualifying leads, following up on sales lead success, quotation request, owning selected house customers and supporting various sales management activities.

• Accountable for generating at least 10 sales-calls per day or 200 sales-calls per month.
• Accountable for driving and administering Damco lead generation activities, through performing initial application of Qualification Criteria and thereafter assigning the sales leads to appropriate CO commercial resources (including registry of leads in Damco CRM system).
• Accountable for being the Primary Contact for sales leads being sent from Damco overseas network locations, with ensuing system registry, qualification and responses.
• Accountable for supporting lead generation activities through telemarketing activities during periodic campaigns.
• Accountable for the creation of SCV and BE codes for all relevant customers within the various CO commercial team members’ customer portfolios.
• Accountable for supporting the commercial team members with quoting existing and prospective customers.
• Accountable for supporting CO commercial team members with preparation of timely responses to RFI (Request for Information), RFP (Request for Proposal), RFQ (Request for Quotations) enquiries from customers, including required liaison with local and international Damco team members, data gathering, and preparation of response via approved documentation.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Junior or 1years + in an organisation engaged in international trade, international busines, ideally in a business administrational role
• Telemarketing experience is preferred.
• Proactive, detail oriented and able to work both as part of a team AND individually.
• Can work under pressure, is conscientious about deadlines and meeting them.
• Good communications skills, written and oral; empathic personality.
• Strong ‘customer first’ focus.
• Self-Motivated and performance driven .
• Numerate and analytical.
• Fluency in English and local language (where different); Speaking-Chinese/ Japanese is an advantage.
