DIRECT REPORT: Tele-Team lead
Level /grade: Type of position: Full time
Hours: 44 hours/week
JOB BRIEF:
We are looking for a high-performing TELE-MARKETING MANAGER to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Build and manage team:
- Build a call center of 4 – 5 team leads and 60 – 80 staff
- Train, coach & motivate the team
- Answering team’s queries and addressing daily issues
- Manage team’s workload, including quality and attendance
* Build and manage Tele target:
- Propose show-up target and deal target monthly
- Be responsible to make sure the targets are met
- Use bonus programs to push team lead/staff
- Supervise the daily activities and actively provide feedback to fix potential issue affecting calling utilization & targets’ delivery and performance
* Other management task:
- Be responsible of departmental quality control
- Review the process including any feedback provided by the team to assess the effectiveness of the current process, and make recommendations for the improvement of the process.
- Manage the workflows between Tele and Event department in daily activities.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Others: assigned by the line manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- At least 3 years in a managing position of outbound tele-marketing/tele-sales
- Experience in target run
- Experience in insurance/finance/banking, spa/fitness, real estate, preferably timeshare
- Good leadership and training skills
- Good computer skill, preferably familiar with CRM
- Business mindset with practical personality
