Technology Specialist

- To implement the LIS/HIS to meet BOM’s requirements
- Implementation and continuous improvement of a LIS/HIS
- Integration of the LIS and other software applications including but not limited to HIS, ERP, CRM, HR, and BI

1. Project management experience required
2. English proficiency
3. A minimum of 2 years in LIS / HIS implementation, Business Intelligence experience is a plus; IT background is preferred
4. Thorough knowledge of LIS / HIS solutions used in leading hospitals / labs: Viettel, FPT, Orion Health, Smart Health, Labconn
5. Experience in / skills ensuring the effective preparation and coordination of requirement gatherings involving senior managers
6. Ability to hold discussions on complex topics with senior managers, and to conduct analysis to understand the root of the matter
7. Experience in building test cases, and in performing testing with users
8. Experience in LIS / HIS / Web / Windows applications development is preferred, in Java and HTML is a plus
9. An autodidact that can teach his / herself how to work with new BI tools; and can utilise technical skills to creatively address BI requirements
10. Willingness to assist software implementations on the road
