[Job details]
• Discuss with other departments to understand the concept and ensure the quality of the game
• Optimize memory, game performance, graphics quality
• Understand the publishing standards of platforms. Working closely with the QA QC team
• Manage sprint, product backlog
• Analyze, improve the business performance of large-scale online marketplace platform
• Build up knowledge in the field of growth hacking and conversion optimization.
• Build up a backlog of experimentation ideas by researching the market, the knowledge and best practices in conversion optimization.
• Recruit and train new team members

[Experience]
At least 6-year experience in:
- Development consulting work and schedule management
- Publishing technology support
- Android, IOS, Unity, Unreal, Game System, Web Service, Network, DB, Security
- Launched/operated mobile game service with technology PM
- Mobile Game Client / Server Development
- Technical department organization reading
- Operation of Windows and Linux game services and troubleshooting
- English technical communication available

- Overtime pay
