Technologist (Chuyên Viên Công Nghệ)

PROCESS CONTROL
- Following and assessing the quality of the raw materials with the following purposes:
+ Giving feedback to Group Supply Chain for controlling globally
+ Giving recommendation to Technological Controller
+ Monitoring the brewing process to ensure the output quality of the products
- Daily management process to eliminate defect & losses
- Sampling and documenting the routine beer samples
- Setting up the trials for new materials and new parameters which are out of specifications and
studying, following up and evaluating the results of trials to apply for improving the quality and the
production parameters
- Manage Data change request to speed up improvement activities

PARTICIPATING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PRODUCTS
- Setting up norms of trials in the laboratory to study and find the new and reasonably recipes for new
products
- Monitoring the quality of new products to ensure the stableness

TPM ACTIVITIES
- Involve in TPM team with the target for Zero defect & Zero losses

- University graduate in Bio-chemistry/Food technology
- Knowledge of brewing technology, equipment/machine is a plus
- 2 year experience at the same position
- Conversant with spoken and written English
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, good communication skill
- Being flair, passion
- Leadership, open mind
