Mô tả công việc
Objective:
• To establish and maintain high levels of Porsche customer’s satisfaction by maintaining and repairing cars based on the highest standards of Porsche
Key tasks and responsibilities:
• Repairing and maintaining Porsche cars in accordance with manufacturer’s procedures and diagnosis guidelines
• Following Porsche administration process (e.g. detailed documentation of repair work in Porsche online systems)
• Ensuring a high level of efficiency and productivity
• Ensuring to meet all targets and KPI’s
• Participating in overseas and in-house training courses and complete online training modules
• Maintenance and care of tools and workshop equipment
• Technical support for Porsche Club events
• Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of working area
• Ensuring adherence of dealership processes and policies
• Supporting other operational areas and departments if required.
• Other ad hoc assignments and projects

Minimum Qualifications:
• Technical degree holder
• Extensive knowledge of vehicle systems and technologies
Requirements and Attitude:
• Minimum 01 year of work experience as Technician
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office XP products)
• Good English knowledge (written and spoken)
• Good communication skills
• Quality and customer focused approach
• Dynamic, positive, confident, self-motivated and good team player
• Very organized, tidy and clean working style
