Technician (Motor Industry)

Reporting To: Technician (Motor Industry)

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all service jobs are performed to customer requirements
• Responsible for maintenance and repair of bikes that comply with manufacture standards.
• Perform warranty job
• Conduct a variety of standard tests and analytical procedures assigned to ensure all serviced bikes are roadworthy according to manufacturer specifications
• Use a diagnostic machine to diagnose damage.
• Any other tasks assigned by your superior
• Maintenance and care of tools and workshop equipment
• Technical support for customer
• Ensuring tidiness and cleanliness of working area
• Ensuring adherence of dealership processes and policies

Qualifications / Professional Certifications / Skills Required:
• Minimum NITEC in Automotive or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience in bike servicing
• Team player with high level of initiative and drive
• Possess a valid Class A2 driving licence
• Good English knowledge
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office XP products)
• Extensive knowledge of bikes systems and technologies
