Job Purpose: Safe and OTIF execution of all planned maintenance work in designated zone.

Accountabilities
SAFETY, FOOD SAFETY & SUSTAINABILITY
Executes all planned (preventive) jobs safely and OTIF.
Executes planned (preventive) legal related maintenance tasks safely and OTIF.
Results
• Safely executed planned (preventive) jobs.

Executes all planned (preventive) jobs OTIF and with the required quality.

WORK PROCESSES
- Executes all planned (preventive) work.
- Coaches, trains and supports CILT execution.
- Conducts Tagging if required or appropriate.
- Supports AM by demonstrating (CILT) standards.
- Support creation of SMED settings.
- Applies standards for changeovers.
- Repairs damaged change over parts.
- Continues and follows up on breakdown analysis.
- Utilizes the work preparation room.
Results
- Proper and OTIF execution of planned (preventive) maintenance work.
- CILT execution monitoring and control.
- Proper Tagging.
- AM support and guidance.
- SMED settings support.
- Change over standardization.
- Availability of change over parts.
- Escalation follow-up implemented.

ORGANIZATION, INTERFACES & PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Reports to the planned maintenance team lead.
- Communicates and cooperates with operations and shift technicians before, during and after execution.
- Communicates with the planning & preparation team.
Results
- Part of the planned maintenance team.
- Optimized interface handling with production.
- Proper handover from planning team to execution team.

TPM & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Analyses corrective maintenance for designated zone.
- Supports on management of maintenance plans, asset master data, asset performance and cost analysis (asset technical specialist).
- Participates in RCFA (5 why) or organized for his/her team to participate, including training/mentoring.
- Trains shift technicians in troubleshooting of frequent failures.
- Supports operators in attacking MTBx.
- Further develops technical maintenance skills and establishes specialists to support the roll out of PM and AM step 4 (AM & PM advanced technologies).
- Supports the machine roll-out for A, B machines in line with AM Team step 5.
- Proactively coordinates and manages the development and usage of Visual Management, Poke, Yoke and CBM for PM / CILT tasks.
- Identifies & transfer of maintenance to operations AM Team (including CBM, running checks).
Results
- Improved maintenance loop for designated zone.
- Active support of the ME on restoring assets to basic condition.
- Proper RCFA attendance and problem solving.
- Knowledge sharing/training and -transfer to shift technicians.
- Operator support (AM) in attacking MTBx.
- AM teams in utilities area implemented for step 0-5.
- Competent technical operators T1 & T2 on machine relevant technologies (AM step 4).
- AM step 5 implemented.
- Optimized development and usages of methods and tools for PM / CILT tasks.
- Effective support & identification transfer of 1st line maintenance activities from maintenance to operations.

INFORMATION & DATA MANAGEMENT
- Daily collects required maintenance information and data from designated zone.
- Reports on planned maintenance work (technical and administrative reporting).
Results
- Info. and data handling in designated zone.
• Proper WO-registration and administration in the CMMS.

Key contacts and contact purpose:
Internal: Interacts with operators and the Maintenance Engineer(s) (stakeholders) and also the shift technicians of the unplanned execution team.

Position profile
Qualifications:
• Intermediate vocational education (Practitioner-level) mechanical and electrical engineering.

Experience / skills required:
Preference for experience in:
• Basic education in process automation control.
• Certified to work with LV.
• Mastered required LOTO skills and activities.
• 8 years working experience in maintenance.
• Mastered all the skills, knowledge and experience required for ZT in foundation level.
• Good knowledge of maintenance engineering, supply and inventory management processes.
• Actively manages, coordinates and supervises service suppliers.
