Mô tả công việc

*Primary Purpose of the Position:
- Develop the skills of the dealer network in Solahart Vietnam from installation and service techniques. To ensure the quality of the product installed and serviced is maintained to a high standard. To coordinate service/installation manuals and coordinate site visits, after sales trouble shooting.

*Dimensions:
- This role covers Solahart Vietnam distribution channel support which will be primarily through a new dealer network which the BDM has developed.

*Reporting Relationship:
- Technical Support Role reports to Business Development Manager Vietnam.

*Specific Responsibilities:
• Develop installation and service skills of the new dealer network in Southern Vietnam through training and onsite training sessions.
• Conduct installations as and when required.
• Asist and develop manual and service instructions where required.
• After sales service troubleshooting.
• Achieve high standards of after sales service.
• Ensure dealers have adequate hands on training in line with our expectations.
• Prepare and submit service/installation reports to the DBM.
• Ensure dealers have literature and manuals in the local language and assist with manual development where necessary.
• Help with exhibition/showroom setup as required.
• Provide market feedback on product and service opportunities.
• Responsible for the ongoing quality and safety standards of Solahart installed products.
• Provide leadership to the dealers for site visits and commissioning.

*General Accountabilities:

- The incumbent shall perform all duties requested of them by their supervisor / manager in so far as the request is reasonable and can be conducted in a safe manner.
- The incumbent is responsible for personal compliance with all Company policies and procedures in order to control OHS, Environmental and other risks and to ensure compliance with business and legal requirements.
+ Quality:
- The incumbent is responsible for actively participating in the implementation of policies, procedures and other elements of Rheem Australia’s Quality, OHS and Environmental Management Systems.
+ Behaviours at work:
- The incumbent has a responsibility to comply with the Rheem EEO Policy and avoid discriminatory, bullying or harassing behaviour in their interactions with other employees.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

*Education level:
• College and above
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
• Installation, training and OHS courses

*Experience – level and years:
• A proven track record in customer service with 5 years minimum experience
• Experience with installation of equipment at sites
• Training and safety courses, training for sales agencies
• Strong self-management skills
