- Prepare technical documents, manuals, webinars, and technical posts as needed.
- Collaborating with team members within the organization in order to obtain information.
- Organizing material and completing assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
- Learn about our users, our products and our business, and use that knowledge to create engaging, task-focused documentation.

- Bachelor degree or English major.
- Having good background about software development is preferred.
- Excellent at writing user manual of software systems, targeted to end-users.
- Ability to write highly-technical software development documentation, targeted to software developers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Versatility in presenting technical concepts to audiences with mixed capabilities.
- Strong understanding of document formatting and presentation techniques.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Experience with technical documentation for C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server and web programming software is preferred.
- 3+ years equivalent work experience.
