Mô tả công việc
The Technical writer is responsible for technical document preparations to support the sales activities. This includes product and solution document descriptions, presentations, technical proposals to customers.
In addition, this position also supporting for internal team managing and coordinator for daily tasks and project’s progresses, including time management, cost and tax supporting, resource planning, etc.
Candidate should also have knowledge of technical background, management skills and financial knowledge. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work with multiple audiences and levels within both internal and external organizations in multinational environment are required.
Prepare technical documents for DZS Products and Solutions.
- Prepare presentation, marketing content for DZS products and solutions
- Support for pre-sale event activities: technical workshop, training, demo etc.
- Resource planning and project coordinator
- Internal team cost management and optimizations.
