Technical Training Team Leader

- Build and track the training plan in Production department related to skills, knowledge for the associates who their job will affect to quality of products. These associates including the new joined associates and existing associates.
- Receiving the changes related to Quality Management System as Manufacturing Operation Procedure (MOP), Vietnam Quality System Procedure (VQS)…, then conduct training to trainer team and Production and complete the training record properly as requirements of Quality System about documentation. This task also requires that training activities which are assigned to associates in company Learning system will be completed on time.
- Conduct the class room training of orientation courses for new associate as Product training, Cleaning growing procedure, Quality Mindset Training…
- Ensuring that training record including paper-word and data in Learning system are kept or input fully, properly.
- Measuring the result of training effectiveness evaluation to make sure all the trainees are qualified before releasing to production line
- Report the result of training activities at Production functions to training supervisor or above weekly, monthly.
- Ensuring consistency of training output by following training process implementation of trainers.
- Implement other tasks assigned by training supervisor or higher leadership level.

- On-The-Job training skills at the workplace and the classroom training effectively
- 2 years experienced working related to production training field as a team leader or equivalent
- Be able to communicate in English at basic level. Reading comprehension skill is required. Be able to listen or speak in English is a plus.
- Skill of communication effectively both verbally and in writing
- Knowledge about quality system as training process, customer complaints, customer awareness.
- Set of skills of building the components as well as FGs by following the defined production process of the production disposables.
- Have a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Graduated from college at least major in technical industry, mechanics, automation… or equivalent
- Having experience of conduct orientation training program is a plus.
- Able to work in shifts when is required.
