Technical Training Supervisor

• Map out training plans, design and develop training programs (outsourced or in-house) for operators of manufacturing area
• Choose appropriate training methods per case (simulations, mentoring, on the job training, professional development classes).
• Conduct manufacturing needs’ assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
• Use accepted education principles and track new training methods and techniques
• Design and prepare educational aids and materials.
• Assess instructional effectiveness and summarize evaluation reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with matter experts regarding instructional design.
• Maintain updated curriculum database and training records in training system.
• Provide train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts.
• Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment.
• Involving investigation of NCs/CAPA and complaints caused by human error and implement improvement actions.
• Focuses the efforts of the team on defining and accomplishing common desired outcomes.
• Takes primary responsibility for establishing and maintaining a thoroughly supportive atmosphere throughout the group; encourages every member to participate.
• Assists the production team in identifying problems, analyzing causes, and selecting appropriate solutions.
• Conducts writing and delivering of annual performance reviews for all direct reports.
• Prepare annual budget for next financial year.
• Manages all trainers at divide department.
• Assist Production Managers on strategic training planning of divide department manufacturing area.

• Proven work experience as a trainer, training facilitator or coordinating multiple training events.
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
• Adequate knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools
• Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate)
• Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques
• MS Office proficiency
• Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
• Strong communication skills
• Good verbal and written communication ability in English.
• Strong leadership to achieve goals.
