- Develop new courses and/or conducts formal professional technical training for engineers and technicians in company and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) engineers.
- Determine course content and student learning objectives, prepares course syllabus, lesson plans, and student manuals.
- Evaluate training materials and procedures and make or recommend revisions to keep courses up to date.
- Respond to customer/client requests or events as they occur.
- Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.
- Design, plan, organize and deliver training classes to develop factory employees.
- Develop and review training materials and Visual Aids.
- Collaborate with internal/external instructors and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.
- Keep abreast of training and development research.
- Interpret guidelines to resolve non-standard work problems.
- Assess tools and provide resources & interventions to address training gaps- deploy and drive cross-site bench marking analyses and manages program for technical and non-technical training.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Graduate of a 4-year engineering university degree or equivalent.
- Critical Skills : Good communication skills, project management and data analysis.
- Experience with manufacturing and engineering environment is an advantage.
