Mô tả công việc
Mission:
Provide after sales technical support to customers deploying SIAE Microwave Transmission systems, supporting customer test acceptances and managing technical queries and solutions in cooperation with SIAE central Technical Support.
Responsibilities:
• Local POC in TS Vietnam team, regularly reporting critical issues and locally planned technical activities to TS SEA;
• Act as local key technical reference for Central TS and Validation teams, coordinating external partners doing second level technical support and supporting test activities with customers during type acceptance phases;
• Remote customer support, performing first/second level analysis over troubles/technical questions arose on already deployed SIAE systems ;
• Support Central Technical Support analysis collecting and forwarding all the required information for the third level analysis in a structured way;
• Perform detailed and thorough analysis of the gathered information filtering technical issues to be escalated to Central Technical Support, being able to solving most of the basic issues;
• Supporting the acceptance phase required to verify the functions, features, performance, interworking, conformance and quality of SIAE equipments in front of the customer;
• Knowledge sharing and training of new features to internal local resources and to external partners;
• Attend Operational review meetings with customers;

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Degree in Electrical or Telecommunications or equivalent is preferred
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent English verbal, written and presentation skills
• Good knowledge of telecommunications network equipment
• Knowledge of telecommunications standards and practises
• Point to point microwave networking experience
• Good knowledge of IP and TDM technology
• Excellent knowledge of IP networking protocols
• Cisco CCNA/P preferred
• Knowledge of Network management systems and techniques
• Ability to work cooperatively and efficiently in team
• Attitude to learn and invest in long term interpersonal relationships within the company
• Attitude in smoothly, positively and proactively interface with Customers and Partners
• Diplomatic and positive approach to problem solving
• Ability to work under high pressure
• Excellent English is a must
