Mô tả công việc
1. Job Scope:
• Ensure proper product structure creation
• Handle engineer change notice
• Provide work instruction
• Ensure using document in compliance
2. Major tasks:
• Creation, coordination and maintenance of BOMs and BOM concepts
• Coordination and preparation of technical documentation in collaboration with the departments
• For questions about System Functionalities
• Ensuring the timely processing of Engineering change notice (ECN)
• Responsible for compliance with process requirements and regulations of all technical document
• Support and assistance in finding the solution of problems in the production
• Ensure proper product structure creation
• Handle engineer change notice

Yêu cầu ứng viên
1. Educational background:
• Degree or Diploma from any major of College or University is fine.
2. Working experience:
• Have 2 years of working experience without exactly relevant experience or even fresh graduation.
3. Skills:
• Must be good in English (mandatory)
• Experienced with ERP system
• English is mandatory; German and other Asian language are preferred.
• Accepts responsibility and take ownership. Has a sense of urgency to obtain results.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, mature, resourceful, self-motivated, meticulous and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good asking, questioning skill
• Creative and abstract way of thinking. Able to thinking out of the box for alternate solution.
• Highly ethical. Always doing the right thing. Effectively demonstrates mutual respect while working with oversea subsidiaries.
