Job Description
* Leading technical support activates for team to achieve assigned target.
* Provide technical assistance for customers to support design, specification, system configuration, assembly and testing system.
* Pre sales support: Technical support for introduction of Bosch 2Wheeler products to customers R&D and designer team.
* Post-sales support: Following quality issue during mass production and after sale. Together with factory, design team to define temporary and long term solution. Ensure the solution apply in production.
* Leading register 2Wheeler product with Vietnam Quality Register to make sure 2Wheeler product is following Vietnam Standard

Qualifications
* University graduated electronics/electrical background
* At least 3 years work experience in Technical support or equivalent with hand on experience of two wheeler industry, aftersales, R&D…
* Bilingual (local language and fluent in English). Can speak Chinese is advantage
* PC literate (MS Office): Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook,
* Installation know-how beneficial.
* Ability to read, analyzes, and interpreter tender requirement and specification
* Well organizing & problem solving skill
* Excellence Customer orientation
* Team player, Dependable, self-starter, self-motivated.
* Result Oriented
* Able to perform multiple tasks, prioritize the tasks to meet the time line required.
* Positive attitude, Independent
