Mô tả công việc
- Monitor the queue of incoming client cases submissions through phone, email, and web.
- Work with the client to reproduce problems and ensure cases have all the necessary information to proceed with the troubleshooting process.
- Resolve issues or provide work-around solutions using authorized tools and follows documented policies and procedures.
- Must be able to handle multiple concurrent tasks with minimal supervision.
- Work in an environment of multiple shifting priorities.
- Create/ update knowledgebase articles.
- Record issues/ problems.
- Provide customer satisfaction in the area of support service, in a timely fashion.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science related field.
- 2-3+ years of application support experience.
- Experience supporting (SAP, SunSystems, Oracle,…) is advantages.
- Working knowledge of SQL database.
- MCSA certifications are advantages
- VBA or .Net programming is advantages
- Excellent communication, analytical skills, and problem solving skills.
- Must be a team player, self-motivated, self-starter and quick learner.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to interact effectively with internal and external users, peers, and management, to clearly and concisely communicate, to develop good working relationships and use facilitation skills.
- A strong technical mind set with a comfort working in technical environments.
- Experience with enterprise purchasing, inventory best practices and techniques is preferred.
- Fluently English (Good in Verbal and written)
- 2-3+ years of application support experience.
