Mô tả công việc
1. Functions:
• Making production drawing for wood carcass (overall, assembly & components drawing)
• Checking & make sure the wood parts can be matched with hardware parts
• Inputting BOM into ERP system
• Setting up working process on the routing tickets on wood machinery
• Collecting the feedback from production & update/revise on the drawing & BOM
• Cooperating with supervisor in production to improve processing
2. Report to: Technical manager
3. Responsibilities and Duties:
• Receiving design drawing & sample then checking the corrective information
• Discussing with Technical manager about construction application
• Building the overall drawing with construction specification then get it approval
• Making assembly drawing & component drawings base all the approval overall drawing
• Making cutting list & routing ticket in ERP (BOM)
• Collecting the feedback from production & update/revise on the drawing & BOM ensuring that all mistakes will not happen in next time & same cases.
• Supporting to give solutions to potential issues in production
• Working closely with jig, mound & template team and hardware team to make sure wood component is friendly fit with hardware
• Performing some certain works assigned by Production or Operations Director
4. Key Performance Indicators:
• Keeping the wrong drawing & routing tickets ratio less than 1%/ all total released.
• Giving technical solution within 24 hours since the time of receiving feedback from production.
• Support costing function for Market season

• SOP-TEC-002-Master Sample Handover
• SOP-TEC-004- Controlling Production Drawing Procedure
• SOP-TEC-005- Making & Controlling Jig, template, mould Procedure
• SOP-TEC-006-Tech-pack making Procedure

• Education/Specialization: University/College of Technology
• Experience:
- At least 1 years in producing exported interior furniture
- At least 1 years in wood processing technology
• Capacity, manner
- Positive, dynamic, creative
- Organizing, managing ability
- Ability of anticipating and solving potential problems
- Good communication
• Skills
- Basic English conversation
- Communicating, persuading skill
- Computer literate, Microsoft office, Autocad operation skill
• Other requirements
- Inventor operation skill
