Technical Specialist - Scientific Instruments

• Compile, archive and provide effective sales tools (such as application, competitor information, comparison, key selling points, FAQs, sales, presentations for distributors and application notes), technical support and training to distributor or internal sales team to support their selling tasks.
• Deeply understand about the current and future market trends, including technology trends, customer applications and competitive technology relating to the tasked product line
• Maintain and develop relationship with Universities, research institutes, governmental agencies, industrial companies and distributors ; Key customers, potential customers and key leaders in related community to develop new market opportunities as well as to support growth in emerging markets
• Recommend, coordinate and plan marketing activities including attendance at tradeshows, seminars, product launches and regular product specific mail-outs with the local sales team or channel
• Be the subject-matter expert, conduct training courses, seminars, workshops, demonstrations and advise customers on experiment design, sample preparation, data analysis, method development, etc.
• Provide technical/application support with installations, validations and troubleshooting problems for customers
• Maintain in-house equipment in good working condition and troubleshooting problems to ensure uninterrupted service

- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemistry/Material Science (Fresh graduation is welcome)
- Excellent spoken and written in English and local language
- Good at communication skill
- Good at Presentation skill in English and Vietnamese
- Good at knowledge of Microsoft package ( Excel, Power point, word ).
- Having experience as a university tutor or as a lab supervisor is preferred
- High team work inspirits, positively and actively
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently

- 5 working days/week (Mon to Fri)
