Technical Service Specialist

• Support technically of potential customers for testing equipment, automation machine, and point-of-sales machine businesses across ALL potential industries: such as paints & coatings, pharma, packaging, flavor & fragrance, printings etc.
• Provide technical advice, maintenance, calibration, repair and solutions to customers.
• Responsive & able to anticipate customers’ needs and requirements, and work closely sales team to grow the sales revenue.
• Understand of market competition landscape and customers buying trends.
• Establish excellent relationships with clients, prospects and partners.
• Prepare and manage reports, submit on time.
• To meet the company goals and KPIs set by the management.
• Job Location: Hanoi, Hai Ba Trung District

• Relevant professional or degree in related fields or/and in electrical & mechanical engineering/material science.
• Minimum 4-8 years experience in technical service of testing equipment and machines.
• Good in problem solving and provide solutions to clients.
• Fluent in ENGLISH – writing and communication is needed.
• Proactive to achieve organizational goals.
