The jobholder will build and lead all technical services of S&M as a technical service center to ensure the continuously providing efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area. The incumbent will work collaboratively with division management to implement and drive technical service operation and strategy throughout the divisions/department that align with company’s business strategies.
1. Provide excellent customer services
• Build up and manage B.Braun Vietnam technical service center to best support customers
• Manage customer complaints (Service quality)
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation within the pharmaceutical and medical device industries
• Specifically understand service needs of all clients and develop service policy to ensure optimized service satisfaction
• Plan and organize courses to customers of B.Braun devices, covering therapy overview, clinical overview, electronic function, maintenance and calibration processes
• Develop and maintain strong customer service concept and attitude for service team
2. Service Provider development
• Develop short and long-term forecast for market demand
• Analyze market competitiveness for B.Braun Service Provider model
• Develop service provider sales and marketing plan with implementation steps and key initiatives
• Work with cross team (division, finance, SCMs…) for terms and conditions to be applied for customers of service provider contracts
• Define the process and mechanism for Service Provider
• Manage financial and revenue growth, operations and labor management, and clinical outcomes together with partners
• Formulate and monitor budget of overall operational expenses
• Receive and handle all complaints from customers under service provider contracts
• Grow sales through servicing, training and developing any service contracts opportunities
• Ensure P&L for Service Provider models
3. Develop and maintain Technical Service database
• Develop systems and processes to provide improved customer communication
• Develop complain procedures for analysis and report to related stakeholders
4. Develop Standard processes, templates, quality KPIs and measurements for Technical Services
• Ensure overall Service Quality, Cost and Delivery KPIs for WS in all divisions are met
• Develop common process for technical services to be applied in divisions, including customer interfaces, lead time, customer evaluation…
• Develop service KPIs for the specific division according to S&M WS service guideline and KPIs
• Establish Service Standard Operation Protocol as per company standards and set up related KPIs for monitoring the performance of engineers
5. Develop capability for Technical Services and its resources
• Design the guidelines to select and manage outsourcing technical service teams in distributors/ dealers
• Select dealers/ distributors for outsourcing technical service
• Define training and development need to (sales and) service personnel, including outsourcing teams
• Define budget planning for technical services in terms of system investment across divisions

Yêu cầu ứng viên
• Bachelor or Master Degree. At least 5-8 years of technical service experience in pharmaceutical or medical devices industry is highly preferred
• Good command in English
• Management and Customer service skill
• Be able to work independently with cross-functional teams
• Be highly motivated, results oriented individual with effective team working skills
• Take perseverance in solving problems and be detail-oriented person
• Business acumen and negotiation skill
• Good knowledge in setting up technical service procedure
