Technical Service Manager

• Job Location: Hanoi, Hai Ba Trung District
• Provide technical support, advice and solutions to customer needs and requirements of Paints & Coatings manufacturing industries.
• Work closely with team align with marketing directions and business strategies.
• Provide training and information sharing to support team in creating project pipelines and achieve sales target.
• Understand & responsive to customers’ needs and requirements to provide value added solutions.
• Understand of market competition landscape and market trends.
• Establish excellent relationships with clients, prospects and partners.
• Manage reports and technical development works.
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• 5-10 years sales or technical work experience in related discipline or paints & coatings industries.
• Degree holder in Chemistry or related discipline.
• Strong technical knowledge in paints and coatings is preferred.
• Self motivated, independent, result-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in ENGLISH – writing and communication is needed.
• Dedicated team player with the ability to work independently with deadlines.
• Proactive to learning and contribute to organizational goals.
