Technical Service Engineer

a. (Medical/Radiation Device)

Attend to technical inquiries and provide technical support (installation, maintenance, etc.) for our customers in product operation and problem solving in relation to equipment in the field of bio-diagnostic, Radiopharmaceuticals and Radio-analytical Instruments industries.

(Climatic/Temperature Chamber)

Attend to technical inquiries and provide technical support (installation, maintenance, etc.) for our customers in product operation and problem solving in relation to Climatic/Temperature chambers in the field of bio-technology, pharmaceutical, electronics & electrical, automotive and etc industries.

• Perform site survey & manage repair process based on repair proposal to resolve customers' issues.
• Manage contractors and perform site supervision to ensure our products are properly installed.
• Responsible for installation, commissioning of our products and conduct training at in house facilities and customers’ site.
• Responsible for up keeping of technical library for manual and technical drawings, especially for new products installation.
• Responsible for preparing service quotations and service contracts.
• Generate reports for on-going projects for Supervisor’s review.

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical, Refrigeration Cooling System or other relevant qualifications.
• 2 years of relevant experience in the field of temperature chamber, refrigerator/ freezer and other scientific instruments servicing.
• Ability to interpret electronics, electrical and refrigeration system schematic drawings.
• Good working knowledge of basic IT and skills in software interfaces will be an added advantage.
• Independent and self-motivated, with a positive attitude towards learning, and a pleasant personality.
• Good English and Technical English written and oral skills to work at all levels of the business.
• Occasional regional traveling required for servicing, installations and training assignment.
• Preferably own a vehicle.
