Technical Senior Manager (Quản Lý Dự Án Xây Dựng-Nhà Cao Tầng)

• Provide direction to construction engineers in field inspection activities
• Draft plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
• Plan detail construction schedule and manage project budget
• Prepare Acceptance sheets and Method statements for Pile work
• Review and development construction plan suggested by piling contractor
• Review design reports and drawings developed by consultants and other 3rd parties
• writing and presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts
• Creating building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications
• liaising with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
• Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget
• Working closely with a team of other professionals such as construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists
• Applying for planning permission and advice from governmental new build and legal departments
• Specifying the requirements for the project
• Co-ordinate with related departments to get the company target
• Travelling regularly to building sites, proposed locations and client meetings.

Education and Specialization:
• Qualification:
- At least 10 years of experience working as the same with role and responsible above.
- Priority for candidates with experience in Consultant Company especially building structural engineering
- Graduated from university, majoring in civil engineering especially building structural engineering
• Knowledge:
- Practical knowledge to develop and revise architecture drawing in according to standard and law
- Define problems collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions to improve profitability
- Interpret and extensive variety of technical instructions with relating to structural analysis
- Certificates or license relevant to the works
• Skill:
- Analysis ability for the building structural analysis tool like SAP 2000, MIDAS, PLAXIS etc.
- Proficient in professional computer software such as MS office, Auto cad;
- Writing reports, contracts proposals with pricing and business correspondence

Language: Fluency in both oral and written (English)
Computer: Skill for Auto Cad, Power point, Word, and Excel.
