Summary
The position of Technical Sales Engineer (TSE) is responsible for growing new customers and new business opportunities. The works starts with evaluating the assigned markets/territory, looking for potential customers, making appointments, and determining application opportunities. You will then use technical knowledge along with sales skills to make winning presentations, and gain commitment from the customer.

Main Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Achieving budgeted Sales Target and Gross Profit based on Company Annual Plan.
• Providing sales reports/forecast on scheduled basis.
• Looking for new prospects which might benefit from company products or services and maximize prospects’ potential in designated regions
• Building up and maintaining a good relationship with related people at customer’s side including R&D, Production, Quality Assurance, Purchasing team and even Senior Managers through managing and interpreting their requirements
• Working closely with customer to understand design considerations and requirements of customer’s product/ or application, collaborating with technical support team to recommend suitable company’s products, working with customer’s engineers to evaluate and have it qualified technically.
• Dealing with purchasing team about terms and conditions to meet both customer and company needs.
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
• Making technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets customer needs
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
• Conducting training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Engineering Background. Having experience in adhesive/specialty chemical and dispensing system is plus
• Result oriented and have commitment to target achievement
• Effective communication, selling and negotiation skills
• The ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
• Sound judgement and good business sense
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Can work independently and work as a team

Work Location: Hanoi and HCM
