Mô tả công việc
This position will play a key role in the introduction and communication for product development and making a leading strategy of product development and technical support for China and Vietnam market.
Key areas of focus will include: providing guidance and counsel throughout the product development process, consultation with engineering teams during sales activity to ensure project completion and technical documentation
As part of the sales activities, they will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and delivery of presentation of product introduction and matters in service offerings, participating in sales appointments, assisting in the preparation of requests for expected customers.
Responsibilities:
General
• Adhere to all company standards and overall business professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned by R&D Manager
• Translate technical requirements into information that customers and development engineers can understand each other.
• Respond to requests for proposals by providing documented solutions and able to analyze situations critically and objectively to ensure transparency in problem definition.
• Strong problem solving skills understanding cause and effect and able to plan solutions accordingly.
Planning and Coordination of Engineers
• On behalf of R&D Manager, ensure completion of all appropriate paperwork, processes and systems in accordance with customer development plan.
• Set appropriate expectations of timeline for project completion.
• Provide regular project updates to internal customers and engineers
• Analyze customer requirements to understand how products and services can be applied to meet their needs and coordinate requirements with internal development engineers.
Sales Support
• Setup sales strategy with internal engineer support.
• Through technical sales, collect market information to ensure sales goals of achievable objectives
• Participate in the creation and delivery of high-level face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate technical knowledge of products and services.
• Provide customers with solutions that meet their project request or applications
• Identifies breakdowns in internal processes and systems that directly impact client services and takes action to meet client needs and concerns.
• Makes timely decisions, takes proactive measures to pursue an opportunity, address an issue or prevent a problem.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Bachelors or higher degrees (with preference of technical analytic background)
- Be fluent in spoken and written Chinese ( HSK Level 5 or higher is preferred)
- Strategic and analytical thinking in object oriented manner.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Words, Power point Skill
- Good communication skills and presentation skills
- Familiar in reading English documents.
