Main Job Requirements:
• Identify and win new sales opportunities for multiple products in various markets.
• Negotiate and close sales.
• Provide Sales Forecasts.
• Manage customer/business relationship across various levels of the customer organizations.
• Reporting via CRM system and reporting to the regional business unit manager.
• Market and product reports.
• Technical support for existing customer
• Coordinating continous improvrment active to enhance sales process, sales plan , customer satisfaction and improve sales target.
• Follow up with customer , respond to require.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years’ sales experience preferably within the adhesive in mattress and textile industry
• Excellent selling communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to communicate well in English both spoken and written.
• Proven track record of sales growth.
• Excellent business mind set.
• Good technical understanding in product.
• Quick learning of circuit and troubleshooting principles.
• Must have integrity , strong execution skill , teamwork spirits and able to work under pressure.
