Technical Recruiter for Swiss Company

As a Technical Recruiter, you will be accountable for the full life cycle of recruitment and for leading the employer branding of the AdNovum Vietnam’s name. You will partner with internal team (hiring managers, interviewers, HR team) and external entities (candidates, headhunting agencies) to identify and recruit the best talents. Your responsibilities will include the following:
• Sourcing candidates, including leveraging all existing tools and resources to drive active and passive candidates to current open requisitions
• Developing and maintaining a viable pipeline of diverse talent
• Leveraging multiple recruiting resources and internet sourcing techniques to identify and engage active and passive candidates, including databases, search engines, job boards/aggregators, social media, professional organizations, and community associations
• Managing the interview process, ensuring that the hiring team is properly prepared and candidates are both thoroughly evaluated and have a positive experience
• Composing job offer letters in conjunction with the managing director and HR manager; confirming that every offer is competitive externally and fair internally
• Partnering with the HR team to ensure a smooth on-boarding process for each new hire
• Acting as the primary driver in executing the plan for employer branding, including job fairs, tech-meet up events, online Facebook campaigns and posts
• Developing and maintaining relationships with the top IT universities in Vietnam
