Technical Purchaser

1. Calculate and order the amount used of raw material
2. Responsible for purchasing all materials, parts and outsourcing actions on time in accordance with production requirements
3. Responsible for all manufacturing and outsourcing technical parts like cylinder, winches, under-column…
4. Discuss with production, engineering, QC,… make decision and provide a technical request list for all machines, assembly parts, drawing parts to meet company requirement and for better or equivalent solution
5. Responsible for providing advice for management team and engineering for finding a better, faster and more convenient to purchase local, regional purchasing.
6. Get quotation, make analysis and get approval from Director
7. Find potential the local and foreign suppliers to achieve the target price and quality comply with Company’s compliance policy
8. Co-ordinate tightly with other departments related quality problem: sending quality claim, service, warranty to supplier and follow up countermeasures from suppliers
9. Responsible for getting all assembly parts on time at or factory to prevent any delay in production and prevent unnecessary overtime.
10. Draft contracts, contract payment documents, follow up and control all filing documents
11. Follow and order materials for ensuring production plan.
12. Make report to Purchase Manager/ Director.
13. Other jobs will be discussed during interview.

1 Graduated University (major in Technical/ Maritime)
2. At least 5 year in a relevant position(Foreign manufacturing company is prefered)
3. English skill: very fluently
4. Have expertise and like in purchasing job.
5. Willing business trip in local or foreign if required
6. Report, analysis skills are good, strong judgement, management team.
7. Strong negotiation, solve problems
8. Be enthusiastic, active, patient, trusted, can work under high pressure
9. Be able to multitask, work under pressure, overtime if necessary
10. Well-organized and reliable with good ability to work independently

1. Salary: Negotiation
2. Working time: 8:00 => 17:00 From Monday => Friday (5 days/week)
