Technical Production Team Senior Staff

Job Title: Senior Staff Reporting to: Korean Manager
Department: Technical Production Team Position/name: 5 persons

Job Purpose:
- Management for LG Lines.
- Management for ATH Lines.
- Management for SONY Lines.
- Checking and solve problems on this area ( Manpower/Status on the Line/ …)
- Making related reports send to Managers.

The main job responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation of the rules and regulations of the production department.
- Ensure the production plan/ actual.
- Check and confirm materials for production and scheduling of personnel consistent with production planning request.
- Ensure solve problems arising in the production process, find solution when has point changes happen arise in production with 4M1I (Man, Machine, Method, Material and Information) and 5W question when?-where?-what?-who?-why?
- Coordinate the implementation of concerned the department ensure Quality – Cost – Delivery – Manpower – Safety – Environment (QCDMSE)
- (-Increase Capacity and the efficiency of production by the Plan - Do - Check – Action - Thinking (PDCAT), improved line LOB

Necessary training, pre-job experience, skills and knowledge to perform the job:
 Needs education:
- University
 Prior work experience:
- Experienced 3 Years at Technical
 Skills & Knowledge
- Ability to use Excel and English or Korea
- Autocad (2D, 3D)
- Proficiency in using software applications work service and Microsoft office.
