* Position Purpose:
• Implementing the strategy of developing poultry products in the region with the sales team
• Responsible and connected to the SMT department to transfer existing Cargill technologies
• Implement POP to prove product productivity
• Training for the Sales team on the poultry technical
• Serving and helping customers develop poultry products
• Building poultry development models in the region
*Principal Accountabilities:
• Responsible for poultry business results in the central region
• Each month training for poultry technician: SM area
• Collect and Share POPs for the Sales team
• Building model models in regions: Binh Dinh province, Dak Lak province, Quang Nam province
• Quarterly attend and share with customers about poultry technology in the group meeting
• Build and develop powerful poultry technical teams in central region
• Focus customer key groups according to the selected sales team list

Yêu cầu ứng viên
Required Qualifications
• Graduated in veterinary medicine or animal husbandry
• At least 4 years of relavent experience in poultry industry
• Capable of training
• Capable leadership
• Experienced managing large poultry farms
Preferred Qualifications
• Priority for candidates working on large poultry farms
• English is the advantage
• Knowledge of animal nutrition
