Technical Operations and Coordinator

We are N2N-AFE Solution from Hongkong, a multinational leading online stock trading solutions provider. Our mission is to be the leading "One-Stop-Shop" solution provider for information and stock trading platform for the domestic financial market participants. Our core business includes electronic stock trading solutions, professional financial information services and B2B financial portal development.

In order to cope with our rapid expansion, we would like to invite high calibre candidates for the following position in our Vietnam office:

Join the development team to build up the core trading system. Support the project team on customizing the system base on customers’ requirements. Coordinate with overseas development group as needed. Overall function in Technical support area, both product and IT support, in providing service support capability to facilitate internal and external users’ operations.

What you will do: (Responsibilities)
- Work with the Project and Product Managers to confingure and deploy N2N-AFE products to regional customers.;
- Deliver projects and deploy N2N-AFE range of products using the appropriate project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently;
- Be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day operations;
- Implement process improvements to prevent issue recurrence, and facilitate changes to process in conjunction with operations areas;
- Strategize, formulate, implement and review contingency plans to support operations, develop implement action plans for maximized productivity;
- Formulate detailed standard operating procedures, initiate and lead feasibility studies to promote quality management and continuous improvement of operation;
- Provide prompt and professional service to customers, formulate response and resolutions in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service;
- Disseminate accurate information to customers and to ensure customers’ enquiries and complaints are attended to in accordance to our service standard;
- Other duties as necessary.

The person we are looking for: (Requirements)
- Carries a Diploma/Degree in IT or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years working experience in IT environment or in Finance Securities/Banking sector;
- Hands-on experience and knowledge with SQL databases, Linux, Microsoft O/S administration and clustering will be advantageous;
- Investment and Trading (Securities/Forex/Derivatives) industry knowledge is required;
- Good interpersonal skills, good problem solving skills and willing to learn;
- Customer-focused and service-oriented with ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines;
- Proficient in English;
- Have knowledge on Windows and Linux OS;
