Technical Manager - Pre-Sales & Implementation

We are looking for a software professional with an experience of around 8-12 years in applications software. This is a role that has both pre-sales responsibilities as well as post sales implementation aspects, and includes the following:
1. Meet clients and understand business requirements
2. Do Demos and Proof of Concepts
3. Collate client feedback and provide to Product Team
4. Draft scope of implementation and integration for client projects
5. Understand customization requirements and document into a requirement document
6. Coordinate with HQ team for all aspects of Software Implementation at Client - project management, implementation updates, and help
7. Maintain project diary of activities
8. Fill timesheets for every project
9. Implement the product for client: includes process discussion, demo, configuration, integration and training for client
10. Support the client subsequently when there are support requests, and liase with Customer Support team at HQ as required

Given that Expenzing is a product company in the area of Spend Management, the ideal person would have an understanding of processes like Procure to Pay, either working for an ERP Implementor in any other similar organization which addresses such areas, as a Functional & Technical expert.
We need a person who is fluent in English as well as in Vietnamese, has good communication skills, and is willing to learn & grow in an exciting area of technology, for a Gartner Certified product like Expenzing. High level of Customer Orientation is a must.
We already have a team in Vietnam & have plans to keep growing this team, as we get deeper into addressing the Vietnam Market. Opportunity to work on International projects could become possible, after person proves themselves.
