Technical Manager

● Architect the system and review code highly scalable SAAS.

● Responsible mentoring, provide guidance for all members of the team when it

comes to designing, implementing, and updating software to grow a

high-performance engineering organization

● Drive DevOps to ensure appropriate monitoring, alerting, incident

management, and problem resolution for products and services

● Make a long-term training plan for the engineers to strengthen the tech team

and execute it actually involving the internal/external members

● Participate in product team iteration planning, release planning, and

coordination of dependencies

● Minimum 5 years of work experiences on design, architect, build and deploy

large-scale and high-traffic products (both Front-end and Back-end)

● Must have hands-on experience in PHP/NodeJs/Python/Ruby

● Familiar with Javascript libraries like VueJS or any similar.

● Experience with Mysql/Postgresql/NoSQL

● Familiar with AWS/Google cloud..., CI/CD tools

● Familiar with Strong communication, planning, critical thinking, and

organizing skills required. Must be able to understand users, analyze data, solve

problems, make decisions, and continuously improve

● Experience in software development processes and the ability to understand

and implement client requirements

● Experience with Agile technologies and management tools such as Trello,

Jira...

● Good communication in English

Nice to have:

● Experience in Architectural patterns (event sourcing, serverless, monolithic,

microservices), Design patterns, Development Principles

● Have Scrum Master certification, Technical certifications are a plus

● Experience with Redis, Memcache, Elasticsearch, Message brokers, GraphQL,

Web sockets, Automation testing.

● Good communication in Japanese● Interest in Machine Learning is a Plus
