Technical Manager

• To ensure that product developed comply with the requirements.
• To be responsible for daily quality operations in Dong Nai MPC Toller
• To be responsible for Product Transfer coming into the Site
• Working with Technical Service Representatives on/off site to investigate application problems
• To be responsible for liaising between the Site and Regional R&D for Production Formulation concerns
• To be responsible for Scale Up batches and Trial batches support to Regional R&D
• Making samples for customers’ for trial purpose
• Raw material evaluation and VE
• Customer service and trouble shooting
• To be responsible for proper plan of key trial project
• To monitor in production the making of the first batch of the new formulation, RFT optimization and rejected batch.
• To key in of the new formulation and to ensure that product developed comply with the requirements
• To prepare the Product Data Sheet and generate Material Safety Data Sheet (from Web Application) of existing or new products.
• To maintain and control Product Data Sheet, Material Safety Data Sheet in Optivar. Responsible to file these documents
• To submit raw material Introduction Form to site Purchasing Department for creation of permanent code or temporary code in SAP.
• HSE and compliance responsibilities within relative areas.

• Bachelor degree or above in chemistry, or other relative discipline;
• Above 3-5 years RD&I experience in wood coatings industry;
• Sensitive to Color, able to see the color difference and do color adjustment
• Excellent coordination and communication skill;
• Good problem solving skills and learning ability;
• Good team management skills, experience in performance management and capability of motivating and development of team members;
• Result driven, can work under pressure;
• Fluent English in both speaking & writing
• Ability to read & understand all of chemical materials information such as MSDS, TDS
• Ability to operate all of machines/ equipment in own responsibility scope
